Energy-saving multi-layer boiling dryer is the new model，Changzhou Gooddry Equipment Co., Ltd. Its was designed and developed by our chief engineer, Mr. Leslie. After more than two years, and nearly a hundred small trials to improve, and then carried out seven large-scale mass production and final test. This new model is a [multi-layered] [cleaned] [continuous] boiling dryer.
The working process is: the blower sends the filtered clean air through the heater, and then is sent to the bottom of the drying bed by the hot air duct to enter the hot air distribution room. At the same time, the induced draft fan attracts the hot air to pass through the multi-layer material layer in turn; the multi-layer drying chamber is connected by the material guiding structure, and the granular material is continuously dried downwardly and continuously. Finally, the exhaust gas is discharged from the top exhaust pipe of the boiling dryer, and the solid powder is recovered by the pulse dust collector and then emptied.
This new model features powerful drying, low energy consumption, small size, and quick and thorough cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.

The control of the final water is more stable and precise, and there will be no situation wher the final water is uneven and the up and down is large.
